Step 1: Complete this short assessment
Step 2: Download the Onform App from your appstore.
Click on the icon below to download the app. You will then be emailed a code which links you to your private space on the Onform app where you will exchange videos and chats with Noel.
Step 3: Film your swing
Please film a video of your swing from face-on and down-the-line views along with some context in terms of what you would like to see improve in your game.
Step 4: Upload to the Onform app.
Upload the video and add any comments in the chat section of the app.
